Obukan Dues and Practice Schedule

Obukan Judo Dojo Rates/Dues:

Adults (Post High School) –*$70 per month
Student (High School and below) – *$50 per month
Family Discount: First two members with highest rates- full price, All additional family members- half price

* If paid with credit card on auto pay. If new student and not paying with credit card then payment for first 3 months may be asked for in advance (cash or check). Any current discount program will only be applied if paying via credit card. Any and all exceptions must be approved by management at time of enrollment. Dues include access to all classes.

 



Weekly Practice Schedule and Descriptions

Monday:
Advanced/Intermediate Seniors: 7pm-8:45pm

Tuesday
Juniors (All levels): 6pm – 7:15pm
Seniors (All levels): 7:15pm- 8:45pm

Thursday:
Juniors (All levels): 6pm – 7:15pm
Seniors (All levels): 7:15pm- 8:45pm

Saturday Morning:
Competition: 8:30am-10am
Kata: 10:30am – noon

 


Intermediate Practice:
For those who and are interested in honing their Judo technique, gaining strength, toning their bodies or working on the basics. This is an excellent companion practice in addition to the weekly Tuesday and Thursday Core practices.


Judo for Women Practice:
A one hour, for women only, weekly additional practice to strengthen the judo you’ve been working hard to build from the other weekly Core practices. All levels, beginner to advanced welcome.


Saturday Competition Practice:
For those who want to challenge and train themselves more aggressively. For all competitors this is a vital addition to Tuesday and Thursday Core practices to prepare for upcoming tournaments.


Saturday Kata Class:
An amazing opportunity to explore Kodokan Judo kata. Sharpen your judo. We work on one set at a time over a couple months. Nage no kata, Ju no Kata, Kodokan Goshinjitsu, Kime no Kata, Katame no Kata and Itsutsu no Kata. Beginners to advanced welcome
